5. Responding to any job posting for any reason except to apply for the job (Solicitations by SureJobs Canada.’s competitors are prohibited).

7. Accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server or account that you are not authorized to access.

8. Allowing any other person to access a non-public area of this Web Site, disclosing to or sharing your password with any third parties or using your password for any unauthorized purpose.

SureJobs Canada. does not screen communications in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by users. If notified by a user of communications which allegedly do not conform to this Agreement, SureJobs Canada. may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. SureJobs Canada. has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of such activities.

SureJobs Canada. reserves the right to expel users and prevent their further access to the Web Site for violating this Agreement or the law and the right to remove communications which are abusive, illegal, or disruptive.

3. Use of Information

1. SureJobs Canada. uses any information voluntarily given by our users to enhance their experience in our site, whether to provide interactive or personalized elements on the site or to better prepare future content based on the interest of our users.
